Call for Coordinators

Please note that this is a voluntary position.

Silba is looking for coordinators for our coming Election Observation Mission (EOM) to the Slovenian Local Elections. The elections are held on the 20th of November, and as a coordinator, you will be on the mission in the week up to the elections and on the day after the elections.

We are looking for the following coordinators:
-A Main Coordinator
-A Press Coordinator
-A Finance Coordinator

The Main Coordinator will be overall responsible for the EOM. They will have an overview of the EOM as a whole and logistics, as well as they will be in close contact with external partners, national authorities and Silba's EOM Committee.

 

The Press Coordinator will be in contact with both national and international press before, under and after the EOM. The Press Coordinator will also be responsible for social media during the mission.

The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for the EOM's budgeting and accounting. They will be in close contact with Silba's treasurer.

​

We are looking for candidates who can administer many tasks at the same time as well as work closely in a team. It is important that you can cooperate with external partners, that you work structured and that you can solve problems as they occur. It is, furthermore, an asset if you have experience in rights work, project management and working with Slovenia or neighbouring countries.
